NEW DATES - 26th February 2026 - with Easter Island add on -
We begin this fabulous tour of Chile in the capital city of Santiago.
From Santiago, we head to Calama where we will discover together the incredible landscape of the Atacama Desert. Surrounded by the volcanoes in the Andes Mountain range. We will see the largest Salt deposit in Chile, the geysers of El Tatio and the Moon and Death Valley near to our base for the next three nights in San Pedro Atacama.
Next, as we head south towards Patagonia we fly in to Punta Arenas where the ships set sail to Antarctica from. Punta Arenas sits at the very southern most tip of Chile - the end of the world.... OR - is it the beginning!
From Punta Arenas, we will view the Straits of Magellan and after a typical lunch at a ranch, we will head to Puerto Natales in the heart of Patagonia.
Puerto Natales - from here we will visit the National Park of Bernado O'Higgins where we will (subject to weather conditions) take a boat trip to see the largest ice field in Chile and one of the 4th largest in the world.
We will visit a local ranch for an included bbq lunch before heading back to Puerto Natales for the night.
At the end of the tour - we really have saved the best until last - we visit the iconic Torres del Paine where we stay overnight overlooking the iconic peaks in the luxury hotel Rio Serrano & Spa. It's here we can enjoy the magnificent sunset and sunrise under Patagonia's vast skies - something that will be etched in your memory forever.
We then fly back to Santiago for the last night of our trip before we return to the UK.
