It really does 'tick all the boxes' and much much MORE.........
This trip is classed as Easy / Medium
This is a cultural Experience tour.
The maximum altitude goes to 4,400 ft above sea level in the foothills of the Annapurnas.
The is a Medium amount of walking - usually associated with a touring type of holiday.
There is an option to take a helicopter to Annapurna Base Camp - but this is your choice. If you are not happy with higher altitudes then we would recommend you not opting to do the helicopter flight - and this would not interfere with the general run of the tour.
There is a trek to Male Lodge - a little undulating but nothing too strenuous - The walk takes approx 2 hrs.
To give you an example, my 81 year old mother did the walk! So if you can walk, and are mobile, you would be able to do the walk.
A day in the life of.... This takes place in the Bee Village - a 45 mins walk from Male Lodge.
There are steps going to the village and we have porters with you who could 'hold your hand' going down to the village - if required!!
