Polar Bears - Churchill is the polar bear capital of the world. Come and join us as the polar bears gather in and around the Hudson Bay
Not only do the polar bears gather BUT this summer is the season when over 6000 beluga whales come to the Churchill River with their young to exfoliate and feed for the summer months.
August - our preferred time of departure - is also when the Aurora come back to Churchill. Visible on average for 320 days a year, the chances are very high to view the Northern Lights in this town with very little light polution.
Beluga Whales
These playful "white" whales cone back to the Churchill River each year with their young. Kayak with them, or Aqua Plane with them - a chance to get 'up close and personal' with these playful whales.
Beluga - means white.
Aurora Borealis
The Northern Lights are visible in Churchill for some 320 days on average a year
Whilst we don't guarantee you will see them, the chances are very high. All you need in Churchill is a clear day and the Northern Lights will show. Let Mother Nature do her thing.
