Fly to Rio de Janeiro - and stay at the Windsor Excelsior Hotel overlooking Copabana Beach.
We enjoy a full sightseeing tour of Rio - taking in the Corcovado Statue over looking the beaches of Rio.
Sip a Caipirinha at sunset at the top of Sugar Loaf Mountain. Local transport will be used for this trip.
Next we fly off to Iguassu Falls - on the border of Brazil and Argentina. Iguassue Falls is made up of over 2875 waterfalls.
Here we have specially selected the Belmond Hotel - part of the Orient Express group -overlooking the Falls on the Brazilian side.
We include a trip to Argentina to enjoy the spectacular falls on the other side. We will take asmall rain to see the 'Devil's Throat'
Then on to Cuiaba to enjoy the next part of the tour - a tour to the wetlands of The Pantanal where we stay in two different lodge in Porto Joffre to see the jaguars and bird life of this unique region.

The safaris in The Pantanal are by boat so this region can be enjoyed by all - with an option for a gentle hike.
Rio - This part of the tour we would class as Easy.
Iguassu - Medium - a walk of about 45 mins - gently undulating on the Brazilian side.
Argentina side - after the train ride - approx 1500m along the walkway to the Devil's Throat.
We would class this part of the tour as Medium.
